Shipping Information

MNKPL currently ships in Greece.

Orders are processed twice a week.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — even chaos needs a break.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders:
Arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

During peak seasons, things may take a little longer.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships (usually within 24–72 hours), you’ll receive another email with tracking details.

  • Double-check your email at checkout — once submitted, it can’t be changed.

All orders are subject to availability.
If something you ordered is unavailable, we’ll email you.

We don’t like ghosting.

Cancellations

Changed your mind?

Email us at info@mnkpl.gr as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to cancel it.

If it’s already on the way, our return policy applies.

Timing is everything.

Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once submitted.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — we’ll see what we can do.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package:

  • Contact the courier first (for domestic orders)

  • Or email us at info@mnkpl.gr

Once a package is marked as successfully delivered, MNKPL is not responsible for lost or missing items.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.

If you don’t receive tracking details, contact us.
