MNKPL Returns (a.k.a. The “Oops” Policy)
At MNKPL, we stand by our chaos.
But if something’s not right, we’ll fix it.
Return Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send it back.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final. No returns. No exceptions.
- Dirty, worn, or tag-less pieces?
Yeah… those won’t be refunded.
If it looks like you partied in it, it’s yours.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@mnkpl.gr with your order number and why you’re returning it.
- We’ll send you the next steps.
Keep it simple. We will too.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it.
- If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
No store credit games. No weird tricks.
Exchanges
Want a different item, size or color?
Send the original item back first.
Once we confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll ship the replacement if available.
Easy.
Shipping Costs
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We make statements — not free return labels.
